Our open floor plan provides an airy, tropical feel to our home. Our beautiful cathedral ceilings showcase 3 skylights that add to that ambience.

There are 3 full-size sofas, one is a queen-size sofa bed, and beautiful accent tables. The overhead ceiling fan is remote-controlled, and the full-spectrum floor lamp issues a soft light that help with reading by reducing eye-strain.

There are 3 digital, portable phones throughout the house, and 1 analog phone in the kitchen. The phone in the master bedroom is the base for this system and includes a digital answering machine. The portable phones give you freedom of movement throughout the house and pool area. The analog phone provides you with phone service in the event of a power outage.

Our 42-inch high-definition plasma TV and high-definition cable programming gives you many options to keep up with your favorite teams! Never miss another favorite program while you're away at the parks or out to dinner!

The Digital Video Recorder allows you to program up to 20 hours of sports, soaps, movies, whatever our cable programming offers.

But there's more...it also allows you to pause, rewind, and resume programs you are currently watching (detailed instructions are provided at the house). This setup also includes a DVD player with several DVD's and CDs for your entertainment.

Free long-distance calling anywhere in the United States and Canada is included.

Our computer corner provides you with a desktop computer, flat screen monitor, HP printer / scanner / copier, and a full-spectrum desk lamp to reduce eyestrain.

A linksys modem provides wireless internet connection for those of you who travel with your laptop and want soak up some rays while you check your email.

Our gourmet kitchen is well-stocked with all new stainless steel cookware, table and place settings for 12, including steak knives, and all new small appliances, including toaster, 10-cup digital coffee maker with timer and auto brew, blender, hand mixer, and electric can opener.

The double stainless-steel kitchen sinks include an automatic food disposal.

There are unbreakable dishes and glassware that must be used in the pool area. There are cookie sheets, casserole dishes, non-stick frying pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, utensils, pot holders, oven mitts, place mats, kitchen linens and more.

Although for public health reasons our pantry is empty, there is a spice rack with 20 different spices as well as a pepper mill and a salt mill.

Our large appliances, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, are all Maytag, as are the heavy duty washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.

Our kitchen furniture is coordinated to match the formal dining room, right down to the upholstery in the seat cushions. The upholstery in the valence over the kitchen nook window and french doors leading to the lanai match the chair cushions as well.

The kitchen island provides additional storage, and counter space for prepping a meal or serving it buffet-style.

The 4 bar-height chairs positioned on the outside (dining room side) of the island provide additional seating for informal meals, or for keeping the cook company during meal preparations.

Extra seating in the well-equipped kitchen area offers a sunny spot to relax over your morning cuppa while keeping an eye on your toast!

A separate dining area seats 10 at our beautiful white-washed oak dining table with heavy upholstered chairs for brunch or more formal dining.

The overhead chandelier is on a dimmer switch to set the perfect ambiance for your dining pleasure.

The centerpiece candelabra holds 16 tea light candles (not included).

Our designer bed covering, linens, and pillows offer an inviting place to relax, read a favorite book, and rejuvenate for the next day's events.

A flat-screen color TV with built-in DVD player allows you to catch the news at the end of the day or the early morning traffic reports while getting ready for your day.

Our home is fully air-conditioned, but the master bedroom also has a remote-controlled, lighted ceiling fan for your additional comfort.

There is plenty of storage for your personal belongings in our large, mirrored, dresser and matching nightstands. A spacious walk-in closet and personal, alarmed exit to the lanai/pool area is located on the opposite end of the master bath.

The bedside alarm clock is provided should you wish to get an early start to your day.

Turn the answering machine on to catch any calls while you are out at the parks, or turn it off and just ENJOY your vacation.

The master bath has a large, walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and his & her sinks, vanities, and hairdryers.

There is a 20-inch flat-screen color TV with remote control, a large clothes closet, remote-controlled ceiling fan and lighting, a large highboy dresser and 2 matching nightstands with table lamps and a satellite alarm clock.

The lighted ceiling fan has variable speed settings on its own remote control, which also controls the fan light settings ranging from very bright to dim.

The queen en-suite bath has a palm tree motif on the shower curtain and coordinated, luxurious bath linens.

The bath includes a shower/tub combo, lighted, mirrored vanity and medicine cabinet, and includes a hairdryer.

There is a private, alarmed French door that leads to the lanai / pool area.

The full-size shared bathroom carries on the Madagascar theme, contains a tub/shower combo and includes a mirrored vanity and medicine cabinet.

A hairdryer is also supplied. This bathroom separates and is shared by the second twin bedroom.

This bedroom shares the adjoining bath with the Madagascar twin bedroom.

The room is tastefully decorated and has a 20-inch remote-controlled color TV, large clothes closet, remote-controlled ceiling fan and lighting, and an alarm clock.

The adjoining full-size bathroom has a tropical theme. There is a tub / shower combo and a mirrored vanity and medicine cabinet.

A hairdryer is also supplied.

The coordinated bath linens, mats and shower curtain are luxurious and plush.

Because the rear of our home is south-facing, you are graced with sunrises and sunsets, weather permitting.

All doors accessing pool area are equipped with alarms.

Our 30ft x 20 ft pool includes a 9 ft x 7 ft spa and can be heated together or spa only heat can be purchased separately.

There are 6 custom-built multi-positional pool loungers with matching ottomans and circular side tables, matching bar table with 4 bar-height chairs with built-in footrests, and a coordinating rectangular dining table with 6 deeply-cushioned chairs to accommodate even the largest party (maximum occupancy allowed by law for our 5 bedroom home is 12 persons).

Plush pool towels for up to ten people are provided.

The covered lanai does provide a respite from the sun if you desire, and is equipped with a lighted and remote-controlled overhead fan to keep the air circulating.

Our oversized lot provides us with a very private park-like setting for our rear yard, and offers our guests a very private setting for sunbathing by the pool, or for children kicking around a soccer ball.

Our Games Room is a great place to take Dad on in a game of Air Hockey or Foosball.

Or how about a game of darts?

Our electronic dartboard will keep track of your individual or team scores while you just concentrate on hitting doubles, triples and that bulls-eye!
