The Living Area

The spacious living area is open plan and has a three
seat, two seat sofa and a single seat.

| The entertainment unit consists of a large Cable Television, a
Video/DVD, a CD HiFi system and a Playstation2 complete with games,
CDs and Videos for all ages are provides as well as books and games. |

Kitchen & Dining Area

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything
you would wish for to make your stay in our Orlando villa as
pleasant as possible. |
This includes a large fridge / freezer with ice maker, dishwasher,
microwave oven, gas hob, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee
maker, electric can opener, double toaster, blender and breakfast
bar.

The breakfast table has place settings for four and is in the
nook next to the kitchen. |
| The dining table can be used for more formal meals, whether you
are cooking in or ordering from outside there is plenty of room
at the table. |

There is also a separate utility
room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms

Our master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling
fan and cable tv/video, clock radios and cordless telephone,
a door from the bedroom leads to the en suite bathroom with large
bath, separate shower cubicle, double sink and walk in closet.
There
is also a door to the pool area. |
Our second master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan
and cable tv/video, clock radios and en suite bathroom with full
size bath and shower.

Our third bedroom has double bed, ceiling fan and cable tv,
clock and is next door to the third bathroom with full size bath
and shower. This is located at the front of the house |

| Our other two bedrooms have twin beds, ceiling
fans and clock radios. There is a bathroom located between them
with full size bath and shower. |
All towels and linen are provided for use within
the Villa.
Private pool area
 |
The pool and spa/hot tub is private and the area is secluded
by a privacy trellis to either side, at the rear is a conservation
area. An excellent location ensures it enjoys the sunshine
from early morning until sundown. The lanai (recessed area)
has a table, chairs and ceiling fan so that you can eat and
drink out in the Florida sunshine.
There are additional chairs in the garage. |
The pool area is protected by a safety fence across the lanai
for the safety of younger guests, this however can be taken
out and rolled up on one side if required.
Pool and Spa/Hot
Tub Heating - Note that as an optional extra the pool can
be heated if required.
