in Kissimmee, Florida. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this elegant
and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping
up to 12 guests.

The Living Area

The Hunny Pot has a vaulted "Great" room with
sky-lighted ceiling, sumptuous sofas and a love seat to
relax in during the day or evening, with a large-screen
47” cable TV, VCR, DVD player (NTSC only), and sound
system - so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen
to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). |

Step-out from the great room through
the French-style doors on to our shaded lanai, with table and chairs to
enjoy al-fresco meals under the Florida sunshine or stars -
next to the sparkling
clear pool and bubbling spa pool (both optionally heated) on our sun-drenched
pool deck, with comfortable deck furniture to relax on.
The TV in the Great room is a Panasonic 47” HD TV with its own Panasonic
DVD player and VHS recorder. It’s just like being at the movies!
Kitchen & Dining Area
| The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could
need while on vacation to prepare a family feast or a quick buffet
breakfast. Choose to eat at the breakfast nook or breakfast bar, or
in our formal dining area, or out by the pool. Or why not leave the
cooking, you’re on vacation after all and visit one of the many
fabulous nearby restaurants. |

The formal dining area has seats for 6 and is ideal for that special
occasion or just used as an everyday eating area; you choose. |

Bedrooms
| Sleeping accommodation at The Hunny Pot includes a master bedroom
suite with a sleep-soft King-size bed, 21”cable TV with DVD,
bed-stands with lamps, radio alarm clock and telephone, dresser,
walk-in closet space, and a master en-suite bathroom with a "Roman" tub,
his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a walk-in shower and private
toilet - plus private access to the shaded lanai and pool area via
its own French door. |

The second master affords the same luxurious comfort to our guests,
with a king-size bed, and en-suite master bathroom with bath/shower,
mirrored vanity basin and toilet – which again leads out to
the shaded lanai and pool area with its own French door. |

| A third bedroom offers a full size double bed, with all of the
comforts, and an adjacent bathroom. |
| Two further bedrooms are perfect for the children in the party,
with 2 twin beds in each, and a shared family bathroom between them.
One room has a Playstation 2 and the other an X-Box. |

Finally, the sofa
in the lounge can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
The
3 main bedrooms all have Toshiba 20” super flat screen stereo TV’s
with DVD/CD player built in. They are connected to the cable system.
Private pool area

Turn on the pool light at night for your very own show, with
a Fibre-optic colour-wheel light system - it's the perfect place
to unwind! The
pool has its own raised spa and has the benefit of a built in
sun shelf – ideal for the little ones!
The rear of the villa backs directly onto the conservation area
at Indian Creek, so the only visitors you should see are the extended
family of racoons. |

Games Room
The garage has a full size 8’ American pool table with
overhead lighting.
The table is a proper slate base and has been
professionally
installed by a local billiard company.
A dartboard has also been
fitted. |
