than average south facing 32ft pool with jacuzzi, extended sunbathing
deck with additional covered lanai, padded patio furniture and table,
gas barbecue, privacy fence.
Great Room with cable TV, DVD/VCR player,
sound system, leather suite. Master Bedroom with luxuriously fitted
King size bed, own bathroom suite, walk-in closet and direct access
to patio/pool.Second
Master Suite with Queen sized bed and own bathroom, direct access
to patio/pool.Third bedroom with Queen sized bed and own bathroom.
Two further bedrooms both with two twin beds and shared bathroom.
Large
well equipped kitchen and breakfast area. Separate dining area
with large table and six chairs.Utility with washer and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and all bathrooms
have hairdryers. Ample bath and pool towels are available and for our
younger guests a
portable cot, high chair and pushchair are provided.
The Living Area

Light and airy with vaulted ceiling and three large skylights,
this room measures 32' x 15'. This room contains a lounge area and a
formal dining area.
The lounge area has a 3 seater leather sofa and two 2 seater sofas,
complemented by glass topped coffee and occasional tables.

a DVD/VCR player and a CD player/radio for your enjoyment. |

South facing and fully screened with a privacy fence all around allowing
you to enjoy the pool or sunbathe without being overlooked.
The heated swimming pool raised jacuzzi features steps down into
the pool and underwater night illumination.
The pool decking is specially designed to keep cool even in direct
sunlight. There is a covered 16' x 12' lanai which is a covered porch
area overlooking the pool.
When you are worn out from the theme parks and fancy a lazy day,
padded sun loungers help you to relax and soak up the sun.

For dining 'al fresco', a patio table with padded chairs and a gas
barbecue are situated by the pool.
