The Living Area

Spacious and comfortable living room with sofa, loveseat,
oversized chair, and wing chair. Living room includes vaulted ceiling
with two fans, TV, VCR/DVD combo unit, AM/FM CD player, and patio door
that chimes when opened to the lanai and pool area. |

Kitchen & Dining Area
| Kitchen has recessed lighting and has all appliances, utensils, dinnerware.
It also has a seating area for six and two stools at the counter. There
is highchair and stroller for our smaller guest.

There is a separate dining area with seating for six, for the times
you may want to enjoy a more formal dining experience. |

Bedrooms
 |
The first master suite includes king sized bed, a ceiling fan, TV,
and VCR/DVD combo unit and walk-in closet. The attached bath includes
a double vanity, garden tub, handicapped toilet with safety bar, and
walk-in shower. The shower includes a 28” wide entrance door
wide, built-in seat, and safety bar. There is an exit to the lanai
and pool area that chimes when opened. .
The second master includes a king sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, DVD
player, and closet. The attached bath has a tub and shower. There
is a.linen closet and an exit to the lanai and pool area that chimes
when opened.
The third bedroom has queen sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player,
and a closet.
There is a separate bathroom directly outside the third bedroom
with tub and shower.

| There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each. A separate
bathroom with tub and shower is available for these rooms. |

Private pool area
The fully screened-in pool and spa area faces southward and has
sunshine the entire day. There are two reclining chairs with foot
stools, and two loungers. The are a few extra chairs available. The
pool has wider stairs and a bar for added safety while entering and
exiting.

The screened-in lanai has a high dining table with four high chairs,
a dining table with seating for four more, and a two-seat glider. A
safety fence separates the lanai from the pool and spa area. |

for four, TV, pool table, and air hockey. |
