The villa is situated on a large south-facing corner plot and
is fully air-conditioned with fans in all rooms including,family room and covered lanai.
The villa has a monitored alarm system for added security and includes all bed
linen and towels.
There is a Playstation and a selection of games to amuse the
children while the adults take a well-deserved rest after those
long days at the parks.

The Family gathering room is comfortably furnished with a
large double sofa bed (linen provided), TV, DVD and Hi Fi and
leads out onto the south-facing pool by way of French
doors. |

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have fitted closets (wardrobes) and TV's.

The second bedroom includes a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom

Private pool area
All doors accessing the pool area are alarmed, which enables families
with small children to know if they wander out onto the pool area.
The enclosed heat able 30ft x 15ft pool and spa are surrounded by
extended decking and includes patio furniture, loungers and a covered
Lanai for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. |
