This lovely villa has a spacious main lounge area, kitchen and
dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a screened and fenced
Pool and Spa area and * new for 2005 * a games room with full-size
pool table, TV/ VCR / Xbox and a selection of games and kids movies.
The villa is also beautifully furnished and air conditioned for
comfort.

The Living Area

There is a spacious open plan lounge area with patio
doors leading out to the covered lanai area, then out to the pool
and deck area. You will find a TV with VCR\DVD Player and a CD\Cassette
Player in the lounge area for your entertainment.
You will also find a selection of books and games.

Dining & Kitchen Area
| The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer
and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. are provided.
There is a utility area in the garage, easily accessible from the kitchen,
where you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is also an
iron and ironing board provided. |

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV\VCR and clock radio. There
is an en-suite bathroom comprising bath, vanity basins, toilet and
walk-in shower, and a walk-in wardrobe area. A hairdryer is also provided.

a raised Jacuzzi for your enjoyment.
The pool area is equipped with
patio table, chairs and loungers so you can enjoy the Florida
sun around the pool, or cool off under the shelter of the lanai. |
