This beautiful single storey villa overlooks a lake, thus affording perfect privacy whilst relaxing in the pool and Jacuzzi spa... As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with a large open foyer with a soaring volume ceiling. Attractive niches with floral displays and pictures greet you to transform you to the wonders beyond giving you that home from home experience.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and comfortable with ample space making the property suitable for our guests in wheelchairs without losing any of the elegance of the original design. All external door access are ramped with internal doors widened to accommodate wheelchair user, light switches and power sockets are conveniently located at heights to be equally accessible by both the able bodied as well as disabled guest in their wheelchair. It boasts air-conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool, smoke detectors in all rooms, security safe, emergency exit lighting and a 24 hr monitor alarm system for your complete security and peace of mind.
The Living Area
The living room has French doors (which are fitted with a child alarm), giving you direct access to the covered lanai and swimming pool. |
A 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV with 300 + Digital Cable Channels, Panasonic DVD Home Theatre, VCR, an X-Box Games console and selections of games and DVD Movies PC with FREE High Speed Wireless Internet and a selection of board games. |

Dining & Kitchen Area

The kitchen is a large room open to the lounge area, and features, ceramic tiled flooring, convenient self-cleaning cooker, microwave, double white enamel sink units, waste disposal, energy efficient dishwasher, 27’ cub ft refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water filter, coffee maker, blender, telephone, knife set and block, full set of saucepans with lids, pizza tray set and cutter, full set of cutlery and crockery, and plastic utensils for use by the pool. |
The nook area has an oval ceramic tile top table that seats four people comfortably. From here you can look out towards the swimming pool, spa, and lake and beyond. It also has direct access to the covered lanai and swimming pool which is fitted with a child alarm. |

The formal dining area has a large glass top rectangular table and six chairs, ceramic tiled flooring, and an attractive sofa table. All
the furniture complements each other perfectly. |
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has ceramic tiled floor a large king-size bed with bedside cabinets, a dresser with matching mirror, a chair, a multi-channel cable colour television, a cordless telephone/fax answer machine and clock radio. It also hosts a large walk-in closet and has an ample amount of linens and towels to wash and change as required. |

The master bathroom has been tastefully re-designed to allow wheelchair access into a spacious roll-in shower. Ceramic tiled floor, hairdryer. It has a "his and hers" double basin, the vanity unit will allow a wheelchair user to sit right up to the sink and still be able to get their knees under the work surface and all taps are leaver operated. A shower seat to be included along with a fully adjustable shower rose that can be set to any height or hand held as required. All the controls set at a height suitable for either disabled or able bodied guests. There is a spacious toilet area that has been designed for easy access and use and a separate bath. Grab and support handles have been installed around the Shower and the Toilet to aid and assist wheelchair users in their independence.
There is also direct access from here to the covered lanai and swimming pool which is fitted with a child alarm.

South-easterly facing (gas) heated swimming pool, with 4 jet water streams and a Spa that seats four people which can also be used as a kiddie pool with an ornamental waterfall. |

With the lake as your back-drop the spa’s light, ideal for relaxing in with a cocktail after a long day.
There is a round table with four Luxury cushioned chairs and four
matching sun-lounges for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai
and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and
just sit and relax and muse over the memories of a most hectic, but
enjoyable day, whilst watching the setting sun paint beautiful pictures
soothing pinks and purples in the sky not to mention watching Epcot’s
fireworks light-up the nights sky. |

It boasts an automated twin halogen underwater illumination light with 8 colour wheel that will transform your night time pool environment for those late night swims at a flip of a switch.
Pool heating is recommended from October through to May.
