Details of 4 bed Orlando villa This is a tastefully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully equipped villa
with a south facing pool on an large oversized corner plot. The owners
really love this property and no expense has been spared to make it their "dream
home" with many extras not found in every vacation home.

As this is our holiday home and not just a
rental property, you will find that we have added many personalised
items to the villa to make you feel more at home. Previous guests
have commented that it is decorated and furnished to a "show
home" standard. As the property is so close to the theme
parks, it is easy to return to the villa for a relaxing break
during the day, and to unwind in the evening with a cool drink
on the south facing pool deck, and still catch the last rays of
the Florida sunshine.
The Living Area

The lounge has ample comfortable seating with tasteful
furniture and a large ceiling fan. The sofa converts to
a bed for extra
guests.
There is cable TV, a video player / recorder complete
with a selection of videos, and a CD / radio stereo
system.

| There are large patio doors at the end of the lounge which
open out on to the swimming pool and patio via a covered lanai. |
Kitchen & Dining Area
| The kitchen includes gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator
and freezer, dishwasher, pantry and plenty of work space.
There are all the usual modern appliances, plus all the crockery,
cutlery, etc that you will need. The cupboards are finished
in a light wood with a ceramic tiled floor. There is also
a dining table and chairs in the breakfast nook. A door leads
to the garage which contains the washing machine, tumble dryer
and ironing board. |

There is a separate dining room which is tastefully furnished
with a full size dining table and six comfortable chairs overlooking
the front garden of the property. |

Bedrooms
| There are 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the
2nd master has a queen size bed, and there are 2 twin bedrooms. |
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with clock
radio alarm, large chest of drawers and cable TV as well as a ceiling
fan. There is a sliding patio door which overlooks the lanai and
offers additional access to the pool.
There is a large en suite bathroom
incorporating
a large walk-in shower, garden tub, vanity unit with 2 washbasins
and a WC. This in turn leads to the walk-in closet that provides
ample
room for clothes. |

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also features a bedside
cabinet, chest of drawers, double built-in wardrobes and cable TV.
There
is also an en suite bathroom with wash basin, vanity unit, bath,
shower and WC. |

| The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and double built-in
wardrobes and is decorated with a dolphin theme. |

The fourth bedroom has twin beds, and is themed on Winnie the Pooh
with stencils and Disney accessories.

| Between the third and fourth bedroom is a family bathroom
containing a full-size bath with shower, washbasin with vanity unit
and a WC. Next to the bathroom is a linen cupboard. There is access
from this bathroom to the pool area. |
Private Pool Area
| The swimming pool features tiled steps, underwater
lights and a patio light for evening bathing, The pool is 3 feet
deep at one end, and 5 feet deep at the other end. |
The entire pool area is covered
by a micro-mesh screen enclosure with high walls and a vaulted roof
which spans the entire width and height of the home.
The mesh allows
the sun to shine through, enabling you to top up your tan while
keeping out the bugs. Acrylic decking on the pool deck allows you
to walk
and relax in comfort without being burnt by hot floors. |

A full set of comfortable upholstered patio furniture including
sun-loungers, reclining chairs and footstools and a table and chairs
is set around the pool.
There are child alarms on all doors leading
to the pool.The pool is gas heated which is recommended in the
cooler months of October
to March. |
Additional points
The pool overlooks the rarely used children's playground which also
leads on to the tennis and basketball courts, there is also a putting
green/football pitch/baseball diamond.
The games area in the villa includes a pool table, table football and
electronic darts.
There is a crib and high chair available for guests’ use, and
hairdryers in every bathroom.
A telephone is installed in the kitchen area and master bedroom and
local calls are free of charge. |
